What are we?
SMW Racelab is one of a collection of sponsorship agencies focussed on growing sport as an industry through sponsorship. Our various teams work alongside both top level and grassroots athletes and teams in order to broker and maintain sponsorships that create value and meaning for all parties involved. Whether a small, local business wants to be a part of their local Sunday league team, or a global tech firm wants to find a way into Formula 1, we will make it happen
Mission
The ultimate goal of SMW Sports Group can be broken down into multiple categories, however, the original founding agency within the sports group; SMW Racelab, was formed with the mission of bringing talent to the top of motorsport, not just money. This mission of success translates across all of our varying agencies, we aim to bring success to all our clients, through sponsorship funding
Vision
SMW Racelab was created with the original goal of bringing success to aspiring racing drivers by aquiring sponsorship to fund their careers. Now SMW Racelab operates to bring success to all walks of life in motorsport, from the most successful F1 teams on the planet down to the budding go-kart racer.
